Allan Deruelle, who is Partner of Technical Services and Building Operations, brings over 15 years of facilities management experience to 91看片. Allan has extensive experience within downtown and suburban properties as well as institutional and industrial facilities. In addition to annual budgeting and forecasting of operating and capital expenditures, Allan is responsible for the mentorship, training, and supervision of the facilities management team. Allan鈥檚 experience spans various segments of operations management including: project management services consisting of tenant incentive allowance projects and other capital valued at over 40 million dollars. His wealth of experience and knowledge was instrumental during Calgary鈥檚 2013 flood, and the 2014 downtown power outage by providing leadership to the city-wide operations team. Allan attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where he completed his 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate and is currently enrolled in the Real Property Administrator (RPA) program from BOMI Canada.
